1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order with RKT SCRIPTS, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and RKT SCRIPTS.

2. Products & Services

We provide digital goods (FiveM Scripts) for server owners. All products are delivered immediately via Tebex and Keymaster. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not provided unless a technical issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

3. License & Usage

• You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the products on your server.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files with third parties.
• You may modify the open-source parts of the code for your server's needs.
• The encrypted parts of the code (via Asset Escrow) must remain intact.

4. Support

Support is provided via our Discord server. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. Support covers installation and bug fixes for the original product. It does not cover custom modifications or conflicts with other scripts not listed as compatible.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
